TRULY A BLESSED BLOG. WELL DONE!

When life was at it's worst, when his beloved king Saul wanted him and his fellow-men dead, David and his friends took refuge in a cave (1Samuel 22). In this place - in the cave of Adullam - they sought comfort in the shadow of God's wings and formed a new fellowship to assist others in need.

David and his men could say: “My times are in thy hand”.(Ps. 31:15)

This subjection is truly desirable; it saves David and his friends from much anxiety of heart and restlessness. When one walks in the habitual conviction that “all things are working together for good” the spirit is most wonderfully in tranquillity. (Rom. 8:28).

The supremacy of the will of God over that of the creature will characterize the millennial age; but the saint is called now to let the will of God rule him in all things.

For don't forget the Bible does record in 1SAM 31:6 "So Saul died, and his three sons, and his armour bearer."

Surely the Lord will bless this fellowship and restore each of you to the rightful place of His calling.
